Okay i'm not sure if this is the right section to post the
question, so you don't have to answer if you wish.
Okay this problem has been driving me nuts, because i have
to stand next to the computer :X... okay here's the problem:
When i turn on the computer, about two seconds later a black
screen shows up it says
Please Select the operating system to start:
Microsoft XP
Microsoft recover console
Use up/down to choose, push enter to select
For advanced options; F8
i can live with it, but it's been annoying because i have to
select enter every time i want to use the computer, how can
i solve this problem and just make the computer load by
itself

Sorry for the delay in replying, but I have not been around much this past week. This is a very annoying problem, but very easy to fix. Please follow the steps outlined below to get rid of the problem.
1) Go to Start -> Run
2) Type in msconfig, and hit enter
3) Choose the fourth tab, which is “BOOT.INI”
4) Select Xp media center 2005, and then click "Set as Default"
5) When done, press “OK”
6) Restart
