Question
Whereveer I open IE, I get this message and it asks me to go to RestrictedDomainHelp.com where they want payment to delete the virus.
Can you suggest how to get rid of this virus.

I use AVG. It is rated as one of the top anti-virus programs and is free. You can download it from here:
http://download.cnet.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-Free-Edition/3000-2239_4-10320142.html

Uninstall any other virus software you have before installing AVG.
