Computer Security & Viruses - How to detect and remove keyloggers?

Expert: James Filmer - 7/7/2009

Question
Hi,i play online gaming a lot and hacking into accounts using keyloggers seems to be fairly rampant at the moment.I have up to date Mcafee anti-virus software and scan my pc regularly, but i have heard that keyloggers are fairly hard to detect and most anti-virus software will not pick them up,is this true?  And if so can you advise me of the best way to detect and remove them, any help is much appreciated.

Hi Barry,

I like Keyscrambler, AVG, a-squared, Superantispyware and other anti-malware software to protect against software keyloggers. See also:
