hi Brian i'm luis , i have a windows vista operating system running on an hp laptop , the problem is that if i leave the computer alone a couple of minutes and it enters the screen saver mode there is no way i can return to the desktop again , i have pressed every button and have closed and opened again the laptop , but nothing it seems to be frozen , but all the lights are ok (the volume light,the wireless light, the power light all the lights semm to be ok), does it look like a virus problem ??

Hi Luis

It doesn't look like the problem is malware related.  I would first make sure that you run Windows Update to download and install the latest Microsoft patches (i.e. SP2). Then go to the HP site and download any updated drivers available for your laptop, especially video drivers.  If you are still having trouble after installing all the updates, let me know.  Cheers!
