Question
In one of my office laptop model:R51 IBM, even after formatting and installing a licensed copy of antivirus(MCAFEE) I m facing the problem of GENERIC HOST 32 HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM this error comes and the internet services is getting interrupted,I hav to close or restart the whole Laptop. The OS installed is XP Professional Service Pack 2, and even SP3 got the same problem pls get me a solution for the same.

If you can stay online long enough, try the following:

Check Windows Updates for critical security updates. If there are new root certificates, add them. (Custom updates search)
