Computer Security & Viruses/Possible Virus?

Question
James,
Good morning, you just help me resolve an issue yesterday that again I very much appreciate!  I thought things were done but I have come across another issue that quite concerns me and I would like to ask for your help again.
I fallowed your directions for removing Super AntiSpyware and Norton.  I then installed PC Security Shield and ran it.  I later searched for Norton just for fun and two Norton folders came up.  Inside these folders were files titled BilBDRes.dll. They were both being shown in the folder for C:Program Files and nothing more.  I then looked in that folder and there was nothing shown.  So then after much investigation I may have made the wrong decision and simply just deleted one. Then I questioned my actions so I started digging deeper and I found a site that states "Worst Virus Ever". Then turns into computer language that I do not understand.  Could you please update me with what I am dealing with, if anything, and tell me how to dispose of these.
Thank you very much!!
Troy

Troy,

"Worst Virus Ever" it sounds like a reference to a rogue antivirus application which, if on your system, should be detected and removed using the free or free trial full version of SuperAntispyware, a-squared or Malwarebytes (links on enrgy21.com or use your favorite search engine).

Conduct a complete scan and restart.

The first time you use one of these, it's not a bad idea to do it twice to make sure it didn't miss anything. It's also good to have Spybot Search and Destroy (free) along with one or more of the above applications.

About deleting empty Norton folders, it's fine as long as nothing's showing in Add/Remove Programs. But, a better way would be to use a 3rd party temp file and cookie cleaner like CCleaner (free) that can also be found on enrgy21.com/sitetools. It should safely and quickly  find and delete virtually all empty, unnecessary temporary files, folders, history and cookies.
