Hi Naytone

You don't say what specific problems you are having with the computer.  However, I do see a problem in your HJT log.  You have two anti-virus programs installed and running at the same time; Kaspersky and Trend Micro.  I will venture a guess that your computer has been acting unstable.  Uninstall one of those programs, and that should help things, as more than one a-v program will cause conflicts and instability.  Let me know if that was the problem.
