Question
I had someone work in my computer. Later  a different person worked on it and found Remote Assistant was on there. When he deleted it my computer encountered problems then completely shut down. When it turns on it shows scrambled words and will not allow me to go in safe mode or last configuration. How can i get in there to fix it?

Answer
Hello Jesse,

Unfortunately once the archives of Last Known Good Configuration within Windows are pin-pricked and busted and the last space of  surviving air gets out, nothing may never be retrieved. That's the other most sensitive part of XP. I suggest you look for "Portable Spotmau Powersuite 2008 Pro" an application that will enable you repair the hard-drive by booting processes. Burn onto CD and boot from it and LO! the angels of IT will bring your pc to life.

Kind Regards,
Lenny.
