Is Regcure safe? I have read comments on the web that it has
ruined the PC.  Is it necessary to clean the registry?

Sorry Im late getting to your question, Power was out for 3 days!
Regcure has mixed reviews, as with many products. It either works well for you or you hate it.
I reccommend another product if you are having trouble with your registry.
Its called CCleaner and its a great free product.
It looks for Malware and has a great Registry Cleaner. It even makes a backup before it goes to work.
Try it and see if it works for you. I use it on all the puters I work on.
