Question
need help with the blue screen of death.....my windows won't load it caught in a loop keeps going to strike the f1 to continue f2 to run setup utility..how do I get back to window to run my virus srcan?

Answer
The Blue Screen is not related to viruses - if that's why you want to run a scan.
See: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc750081.aspx#XSLTsection124121120120
and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_Screen_of_Death
for a better understanding.

What Windows version are you using and do you get any other error messages? I'm guessing you're using another computer? Do you have your system's CD?

Have you been having other problems lately, or no problems and this just started all of a sudden?
