Question
Hi, i hope you can help me, i was installing some plug-ins for my music programs, long story cut short my laptop done something crazy, said it needs to restart i said no then it did it anyway. now every time i open explorer it tries to install winupgro.exe norton says i have no infections. please help!

Download, install and run Malwarebytes (experienced with this software) or XDelBox to remove winupgro.exe, a trojan: http://www.xdelbox.com/how-to-remove-winupgro-or-winupgroexe/
