Question
QUESTION: I was playing a game the other day and was prompted to download mighty magoo textlinks as an add on for mozilla firefox. Since then mozilla firefox has been freezing up and not responding quite frequently. I can see it in the list of add ons to my firefox but when I click uninstall the program does not uninstall. I have checked in my program list also to remove it from there but it does not show up there. Can you help me remove this? Here is my hijack this log

I'll be mare than happy to help you out here.  You currently have no Anti-virus protection installed on this computer.  You do have Spybot, which is a good tool for malware removal, but it is not an Anti-virus.  There are plenty of free solutions available, but we need to get the computer cleaned up first.  I would like for you to download the 30-day full trial of Kaspersky Anti-Virus from here:

Install the program normally, update the definitions, then run a full system scan.  Take any recommended actions for malware.  Send me the results of the scan and a new HJT log when you are done.

QUESTION: I have done the Kaspersky full scan and took the recommended actions, I also ran my malware malbytes program and removed what it found. Please download and run a scan with SUPERAntiSpyware Free:

http://www.superantispyware.com/?rid=3324

Double-click SUPERAntiSypware.exe and use the default settings for installation.  After scanning and removal, please post me the log.

   * Click Preferences->Statistics/Logs.
   * Under Scanner Logs, double-click SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log.
   * Copy and paste the Scan Log results in to your next reply.
