Dear Enrgy21,
My husband did not re-do our virus protector and I opened
a link I had saved and clicked on it and a pop up came on
advising me that I had 9 Trojan viruses and to delete them
Well I thought it was my Norton protector and I was fooled!
We have tried Ad-ware and malware protection and so far we have gotten rid of about 50 viruses!
But they keep on coming in!
Anyway we can get rid of this? We have turned off scripts.
As you can tell I know very little about computers. LOL

What is your system and what is your Norton application version?

Are all the Windows security updates successfully installed?
Install Spybot R&D.

Then, choose from:
SuperAntispyware
Malwarebytes
Windows Defender
(links on Enrgy21.com)

Install one of more of the three, do a full system scan, remove malware and reboot.

Then scan again.

Let me know the results.
