Question
I cannot get anything to display on the screen. The only thing that shows up is the antivirus 8 . It says I may be a victim of software counterfeting. I want to know how to get rid of this popup and start my computer back up???

Am assuming that you are using a different computer now since you cannot use the browser on yours, correct? If yes, I would suggest that at the following site, download the Norton™ AntiVirus 2011 Trial Software, put it onto a CD, then install and run on your computer. Make sure you unsubscribe before the 15 days are up or you will end up paying for it.
