Question
I have norton security on my pc. My pc seems to be running fine, however I had to call norton because my dell tune up said it did not detect a anti virus program on my pc.Norton took control of my pc and said the anti virus is there. Then the norton person said my pc needs cleaning because some thing are turned off when supposed to be on.Also he said other things which at age 63 I dont understand. They want 200.00 to fix this.Is there any program I can download or buy so I can from time to time run to clean my pc that wont interfear with my norton security .Thank You in advance Glenn Henson

Answer
I'm sorry to answer so late, but somehow AllExperts hasn't been notifying me of pending questions.

Norton Utilities is compatible with Norton security products and it will probably speed up your computer, as well. So it has a good chance of fixing whatever has been ailing your computer.
