Hello,
I have a virus that is saying my RAM memory is to high and critical, and it's running something called a defragmenter and it's saying to purchase something from them. The thing is I have Malwarebytes and ran a full scan but it's not finding anything at all can you please help me remove this thing.

Interesting that MalwareBytes didnt catch it.
Have you tried CCleaner?

It works well, and tidys the registry too. Make sure you reboot after cleaning the registry.

Let me know how it works.
By the way, what AntiVirus are you using?
