Question
Hi there I recently had problems logging into facebook. I was being redirected to another blank page with the URL: http://chips02.justfree.com/berfd.php?charset_test=%E2%82%AC,%C2%B4,%EF%BF%BD,%E...

I have already asked the question before and was clearly instructed to try www.apps.facebook.com and it works I can access my apps and games. But when I click on profile, home or another persons profile I then get the 'Oops! This link appears to be broken.' bug. I'm using google chrome and I have tried all other web browsers. and still cant find a solution.

Im using the emachines e625 laptop im on windows 7 32bit.

I have also ran Spy-bot S&D Run a full scan with that. Also run a scan with AVG and I have removed all bugs that showed up and I am still continuely being redirected.

Thanks James

Regards, Nick.

Answer
Some McAfee reviewers suggest justfree is a phishing site. Might be addition spyware or it could be a cookie problem. http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/justfree.com/summary

Add one or more applications like Malwarebytes, SuperAntispyware, e-squared or Windows Defender (links on enrgy21.com*) There are free and free trial versions.

Run a full system scan. Also, remove all cookies, cache and history using a cleaner like CCleaner*, reboot and let me know the result.
