Hi Brian
I have Windows Vista. My Bittorrent was working last month but now its not working. At the same time my Trend Micro subscription expired on the 26th January but I didnt renew.
When I click on the Logger tab on my Bittorrent it comes up with a message saying
Error opening Windows Firewall:0x80070005 Access is denied
Please Help

Try running Bittorrent as administrator. Right click the Bittorrent icon and choose the option "Run As Administrator". Let me know if that does the trick.
Also, you should uninstall Trend Micro, since outdated virus definitions endanger your system. I recommend using the free Avira Anti-Vir which can be found below:
