Question
What is the best way to protect my important information(passwords, and sensitive information) on my computer, in case, it gets stolen, or someone gets on my pc?

Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Answer
"In case it gets stolen, or someone gets on your pc."
I'm going to address those words. However, if there's more to your questions, just let me know (provide your system and/or computer model).

First, shut down your PC when you leave it alone. Don't use Hibernation or Stand-by unless you're sure it's not going to be stolen or accessed without your permission.

Second, use a password or fingerprint recognition tool that will restrict your computer from operating without it.

Third, use a tool like Klikosafe (see Enrgy21.com/tools). There are other applications that serve the same purpose and have more/less features; some free like Klikosafe, some not. For more info"
