Question
How would I be able to keep important files if my virus software deletes or quarantines those important files that are infected?
I have been using Symantec and Trend Micro and AVG all at different times.

Hi Ken,
Sadly there are few ways to recover them. You might contact customer support for your product and ask them if you can submit the file to them for recovery.
Just another reason to always back up the back up to a safe location.
