Computer Security & Viruses/Computer security virus

Question
I have a security virus alert that keeps popping up on my computer. I did not load this security, but have found it  attached to my desktop and in my C: drive. The security is Antivirus7. How do I get rid of this? It will not let me delete or remove it. It also comes up when I turn my computer on and will not let you close it. Thanks in advance if you can help me solve this issue.

Answer
The quick fix is available from Microsoft at http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm

You can connect there online and this tool will scan and repair the Antivirus7 infection.

If this doesn't work, let me know and I'll provide a more complicated, but more powerful solution.
