Question
I am using Windows Vista Home Premium on a home computer. In my Programs and Files I noticed a Spiderman 3 XXXX. I do not recall downloading or installing this program. When I try to uninstall it I receive a message saying: "You do not have sufficient access to uninstall Spiderman 3 XXXX. Please contact your system administrator." Is this a virus? How do I uninstall it?

I believe that Spiderman 3 XXXX is a screensaver. You can try searching your computer for the program's uninstall file. Once found, right-click it and select "Run As Administrator". If unsuccessful, there is a free program which can uninstall just about anything. It's called Revo Uninstaller and can be found here:
