There's a HTML Password Lock to protect web pages, a Password Protection lock for computers, and a password to lock files and folders; there's even an Internet Password lock. Laptop hard drives have a password locks too.

Perhaps, you could find out exactly what they were getting at, or do some search engine research, but I don't see a "need" for any of them without good reasons (related to the specifics of each "lock" mentioned). Would be happy to help, but need to know a little more.
