Question
I double clicked on the program that you asked me to, but it never prompted me to do anything.  It looked like a document with Windows registry editor version 5.00 written across the top.  I hate that this is such a challenge and I certainly appreciate your patience and all of your help!  I'm sure if you had it in front of you, you could determine the problem much easier.

Answer
Hi Shelley

Open the nodesktop.reg.txt notepad file and click File->Save As...
Change the name of the file to "nodesktop.reg" (include the quotation marks) and choose to Save As All Files.
Click save and you should have a .reg file instead of a text file.

It's always easier to do it in person, but we make do with what we have.  I certainly hope that this will do the trick!
