 runtime error 216 at 3cf8c365.

when I rey to shut down I get.
 end program  ccsvchst

I use widows 7  XP

First of all you said you use Windows 7 XP. Windows 7 and Windows XP are two different operating systems. Which one do you have? Either way it sounds like spyware, a trojan, or some other form of malware. Download Malwarebytes at www.malwarebytes.org for free and run a scan with it. Get back with me on what it picks up.
