Question
QUESTION: Hello, ok so, I followed the links that you gave to me and I downloaded the driver for the COMPUTER, but it's not giving me the installation instrutions to download the driver for the MONITOR.
???
Also I wanted to know, since I already downloaded the video driver when I click it on the desktop it says 'run' or 'cancel' does that mean it's already saved on my computer, even though it's still giving me the option to 'run' (I let my computer restart and do everything it had to do). I hope this isn't confusing. Thanks again in advance.

ANSWER: Hi Rod

When you downloaded the video driver and clicked on it, once it was saved to your desktop, the program should have installed the driver.  That is when it rebooted.  Are you trying to click on the install driver again?  If so, you don't need to install it again.  You can actually delete the file you downloaded, as it has now been installed into your system files.
If the new video driver fixed the popups, we won't need to continue, so let me know if you are getting the user mode popups still.

QUESTION: As of right now I haven't gotten the popup again. So I don't need to install the video driver for the MONITOR correct?

ANSWER: Hi Rod

That's correct.  You don't need to worry about installing the monitor software.  It looks like that there was a problem with the graphics driver on the motherboard, but we fixed that with the updated driver, so you are good to go.  Cheers!

QUESTION: I thank you for taking time out your day to help me. P.S. Whoever thought of this website is genius lol. Oh and one more question will I have to worry about this again? How often does it happen?

Answer
Hi Rod

I don't think it will trouble you again.  Most likely a conflict occurred with the video driver and another program.  If it happens again, take note of what you were doing before the popup occurred, then just give me a holler.  Take care, and thank you for the great rating!
