Question
Hi Brian,

This is a copy of the window that opens up everytime I log on. Don't know if it means anything or not.

Answer
Hi Jax

This window popup is caused by a desktop.ini file located in one of your startup folders.  Download DesktopINIFix from here:

http://www.winhelponline.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/desktopinifix.zip

Unzip, run the program.  The message you are getting refers to the Desktop, so in the left pane, highlight Desktop, then click the Fix Desktop.INI button.
