hi from ireland lorry
need big help
my pc has been taken over by a demon of a virus
it wont let me restore it wont let me do anthing  in safe mode, it wont let me download or run any antivirus
it wont let me even turn a firewall
half the time it wont turn on it gives me the blue screen of death
i tried to run malware bytes but it wont scan it dissapears
it wont let me open hijack this
i am at my wits end lorry
i dont want to loose all with a format
sure would be helpfull if you could come up with a way i can get rid of this bug

Hi John,

I would suggest downloading the 30 day trial version of Norton AntiVirus from the following site, put it onto a CD, then install onto your computer, update it and run a scan. Make sure that you disable it before the 30 days are up.

If you cannot do that, I would suggest taking it to the local repair shop where they can backup whatever you want and reinstall Windows for you.

Once you Windows working again, install an anti-virus program, keep it up to date and run a scan once a week.
