QuestionHi. I have been experiencing a lot of problems about malware. I always scan a trackware cookie on my netbook. And right now I have problems with VBA Runauto. How can I remove this things out of my netbook? Do they just hide in your system? And can you please teach me how to use that HiJack This? I've been wondering how to use that.
And can you give me tips on maintaining my netbook? I really don't know what software to use... I tried some but it didn't worked. Thanks in advance. :D
AnswerWhat Firewall, anti-virus and anti-spyware applications are you using? (names and versions)

I understand Bitdefender will remove it too. The free addition is an on-demand anti-virus scanner, Hopefully you already have an anti-virus app already running full time. Don't use the full edition if you do.

As far as teaching you beyond the basic, that's more private. I'd need to know what's on your system and how much knowledge and experience you have (at least some idea). Contact Enrgy21.com/about for that kind of help. Meanwhile, tell me your system and the basics requested in the first sentence.
And Malwarebytes, SuperAntispyware, Windows Defender, Spybot Search & Destroy and Emisoft Anti-Malware are all excellent apps. with free editions. You can find them on

One or more is good to have. If more than one, make sure you manually configure after installing so they don't run at startup causing possible conflict with each other.
About HiJackThis, an expert needs to evaluate the results. It's easy to run though. If you go that route, use a search engine (posting HiJackThis logs) to find excellent free forums that specialize in analyzing them. I can also do it, but usually not here on this site. It can require more replies than I post on this site. But first things first.
