Hello Brian,

would you be able to work with me to remove a virus that is causing me much pain and grief please?

It is the 'turn' redirect virus. It mainly affects google, i think. When i try to open google, it will either redirect me to turn (whatever that is), or it will display a 404 or 403 or other error message, or it will say 'invalid url', or some other similar message. (Sometimes, google will actually load though...).

It affects other google products as well, such as youtube, google news, and gmail.

I have scanned with avast and malware bytes. Both failed to even detect any bug or problem.
