Question
Hi Brian,
     My computer has been running very slowly the past 2 days. It got worse after I restarted it. It can take 2-3 minutes to close a window at times. I like to play several games on Facebook but they no longer load because the adobe flash plugin keeps crashing. I usually use Firefox for internet but found this also happens with IE or Safari. I ran malwarebytes but nothing showed up. I have attached the hijackthis log below. thanks David

I do not see any type of malware running.  You can try updating Flash manually from here:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
From what you describe, the problem may be hardware related.  Try running the Dell Diagnostic tool.  Instructions can be found here:
http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/kcs/document?&docid=D
