Computer Security & Viruses/Windows Live

Question
hello!

I just started using windows live as my email, but then I realized that it is accessible on their webpage. When it says "search for people", I typed in one of my contacts and all the information I wrote about them in the live program showed up online. Am I the only one who can see this or can anyone searching their name read what I input? I don't want my friends and family to have all their information online because of me!

thanks!

Answer
Hi Karah,
Most of what youre mentioning here is indeed available online. It does worry most, because it can be used to "bother" people. I mean their email and address are harvested and used by spammers and companies to mail them junk mail. Sad, but true.
Hope this helps.
