Dear Sir,

When ever i start my PC it get message 'BELLADONNA - CODE 21910 ACTIVATED'

This message i also get when i use pen drives.

I have tryed formarting my main drive (OS), installing diffitent OS but this proplem is stall there. I am using AVG.

Kindly help me what to do?

I have never heard of this before. There is no such thing as the belladonna virus in computers. It is in people: http://journals.cambridge.org/action/displayAbstract;jsessionid=52F95EDB28350498...
It is also the name of a drug.
You could try to reset the CMOS. Remove the coin sized battery with the computer turned off and disconnected from power. Leave it out for 10 minutes or so, put it back in and reboot your computer.
Other than that I really don't know what to do. This is very weird.
