Computer Security & Viruses/windows warning

Question
I received this message from Windows when I started it up this am:

disks need to be checked, type of file NTFS, volume label OS, veriying indexes, correcting error index $I30 for file 35260,file 36596, deleting index entry log index 35261, deleting TMPooo (tilde) 2, recovering orphan files, PA90fc (tilde) 1, cat (161825), many files deleted.

I'm interested in knowing if this has amything to do with hacking into my pc?  I've had issues with an individual who has been doing so for years, so I'm suspicious.

Sorry if I don't have ALL the info; I tried to copy it down as fast as I could, so I hope you can glean something from this.

Thanks for any help.

Answer
HI kath: Sounds like  could be disk check. You didn't mention your system, and I only answer public questions. So, if you're OK with this, great. If not,not sure why -  there's no personal information in it. The following link should give you several google results. See if any fit your problem. Did anyone press certain keys accidentally or intentionally (though not sure what they were doing?_
