Computer Security & Viruses/Sonic Cineplayer

Question
I have Sonic Cineplayer on my desktop. I would like to install it on my laptop. I cannot find the unlock code.Is there a way to find it since I have already purchased the program?

I fixed my audio problems...had to re-install XP and then re-install drivers in proper order.

Thank you for helping people with their computer issues! You are greatly appreciated!

Answer
Hi Jaye

Very sorry I couldn't get back to you quicker, but I am glad the sound issue is resolved and XP is all re-installed.  Your license code may need to be reactivated by Sonic/Roxio.  On your desktop machine, open CinePlayer and try to find the About tab somewhere in the menu.  It should then pop up with the version and license information.  Go to your laptop and enter that license.  It may need to be activated by Sonic/Roxio through an internet connection.  Let me know if that worked.
