(Note: Sunkist2k or Sunkist)

It can also be removed/uninstalled if you don't use the card reader, but let me know if the other info resolves the issue, in case you're not sure if you use it or not.

Answer
If you download a small tool, can run it, copy the results and forward to me, I'll be able to determine what else may be slowing you down (besides possible spyware and/or viruses.

http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis (Version 2.0.4)

Also, SuperAntispyware, Malwarebytes, Windows Defender, LavaSoft Adware are some of the best anti-spyware programs available. For personal use, each has an free edition - the paid editions offer more protection, but the free editions are fine too, for detection and removal. It's OK to have 2 or more (one may not find/remove all threats), but if you do, make sure they're not all running (real time monitoring) at the same time.

Don't have your email address, but mine is on the site Enrgy21.com
