Hello keith: all off suden i have a problem with my internet. A page has trouble loading and then this pop-up comes up saying if want to keep running this script , it will slow down my computer,

Not sure what OS you are running but running scripts can be a security issue. Do you have adequate anti-virus and anti-malware software?
On the other hand you may just need to update your browser. I would suggest Firefox. It is more secure and faster than IE.
