Question
My girlfriend and I are doing a long distance relationship while she's away for a semester overseas. I just moved and for a new Internet provider that has this in its rules:

You will not Post or Transmit any Unlawful, Obscene, or Pornographic information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law, including without limitation the U.S. export control laws and regulations.

My question is according to my ISP's rules, would I get in trouble for cyber sex wirh her? It says not to post or transmit. Would that mean sending her dirty pics or video chatting would be against the rules? We typically have yahoo cyber and given the circumstsnces its sometimes only chat, no video.

According to the statement its unlawful, so better not to do such things. Under the statement if your caught then definitely they will file case against you. ISP providers are able to moniotr those activities. Even the ISP Providers should monitor the unlawful activities.
