Computer Security & Viruses/Can't delete hijacking virus

Question
Hi James,

I have had some kind of hijacking virus for about a month now. Often when I click on a link in a webpage, it goes to that page, but also opens up another page of some unwanted website. Sometimes I hear someone blurting something out for a few seconds. Then the system moves slowly. I have used Malwarebytes, Spybot, AdAware and Superantispyware to clean what it could clean, but it's still there. My hijackthis log is below. Any help will be appreciated!

(Added info *)

I've looked over the log and don't see any dangerous hacking threats or a virus.

But, that doesn't mean you don't have any issues.

If you've updated and properly run full system scans and found nothing, you could still have undetected malware (virus, spyware, adware, keylogger, trojan...) In the final analysis, only you can determine if you're infected in some way.

However, the issues I'm referring to relate to unnecessary start-up entries -  and that's a more complex subject that involves educating yourself about what's on your system(*)) and you determining whether it needs to start with your system, or manually start (on your command).
For example, the McAfee scanner as a start-up might be incompatible with AVG.

Browseui preloader, webcamXP - do you really need Windows Live Toolbar AND Google Toolbar, Download with ImTOO Download YouTube Video, Windows Messenger, Java Quick Starter (if you don't know what it is you probably don't need it, for example), [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime and many others may be used by you, but conflict with one another causing system instability - and security weaknesses.

Your best defense is knowledge. The more you know what's on your system, and what it's doing (or not doing), the better. In your case, nothing's wrong with using the copy/paste in browser, description of each entry into search engines(*), and the results given to "you".

Or, you can visit an expert site that specializes in these logs. They (often a team) might give you suggestions in more detail, or find something I missed.

The only thing I'm certain of at this time: You have several unnecessary start-up items, and stopping them by manually configuring them not to start in the application or service yourself - one by one. I'm sure you can do this safely and make your computer run faster, but need more help, just ask.

Note: As you remove/stop unnecessary services at start-up, you will also (possibly) end page re-direction to other sites, and strange sounds. Some of the entries have been known to cause those kinds of issues (advertising), in addition to basic "conflict" issues between one or more applications running and/or starting at the same time.

*Use www.mywot.com in your browser for link reputation help before clicking results found in search engines. It's not perfect, but it's a very helpful free tool. If you need further assistance, just ask.
