Question
Is it possible that an app developer can put a camera in an app and watch the user while they are using it?

Answer
Hi Tim,

If you're asking if some app developers put cameras "in" their apps, the answer is "No".

If your device doesn't have a camera, you can use an external one like ADS-455 SwannEye HD Plug and Play Wi-Fi Security Camera

If you're asking if developers can access your device's camera without your knowledge or permission, it's possible.
