Hi Doug,

I have been using Norton Anti-Virus for a few years now, and I will have to renew in a few weeks. I have had some minor problems with their Customer Service recently, but maybe they all are the same in this regard. Is Norton as good as any, or would you suggest another brand? Thanks for any help that you can offer, Regards, Ken.

Hi Ken,
If Norton works for you, stay with it. It can be a pain to remove too.
Ive been using BitDefender for about a yr now. Its a all in one.

It may be a lil overwhelming trying to pick one. Thats why I always suggest stayin with what you have if it works.
Also make sure to have a AntiSpyware and a Firewall working too.
