Computer Security & Viruses/Anti Virus Software

Question
I have just (the past couple of days) re-subscribed to Norton Anti Virus and took the opportunity to subscibe for 2 years and in doing so saved a couple of quid!
However, having paid my subscription, I am still getting pop-up reminders that my subsciption is due to end shortly - 9 Jan.
I cannot find an e-mail address or tel.no. for symantec anywhere in order to query this and correct it?
What can I do?
This is the first time I have used the site having seen a clip on News 24 this morning so I have my fingers crossed!
In anticipation, many thanks

Answer
Sorry to say, Symantec tech support is not easy to use, you are hardly alone in this!

Did you buy this renewal through an email solicitation? If so, you have been victimized by a criminal enterprise. Symantec never uses emails to offer renewals. See http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/custserv.nsf/a8f4836d2a65eae0882568c4007f9e... for details.

If you bought your renewal from the Symantec website, then your subscription should be legitimate. You will need to get   assistance from customer service through their website at http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/home_homeoffice/index_cs.html
