Hello Doug,
I don't know if you remember that you recommended to me to use BitDefender Plus.
I installed it today and it went well.
Before the installation, I deleted all Symantec files I could find, except Symantec > Shared in the Program Files could not be deleted ????
Any ideas? Does it matter anyhow?

Im glad the Install went well. Thats a good sign.
