I APPEAR TO HAVE A VIRUS.CANNOTGET PAST THE WINDOWS XP
BLUE SCREEN.CAN YOU HELP ME REPAIR.I AM FAIRLY DUMB WITH
COMPUTERS.THANK YOU
Hi Jim,
Can you start the computer in Safe Mode, by tapping the "F8" key when the computer first starts up? Am assuming that you have an antivirus program installed, run a virus scan.
If you cannot do that but are in Safe Mode, go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore and try restoring to an earlier date when the computer worked.
