Computer Security & Viruses/DialUp Hijack!!!!

Question
My dialup sevice connection has been taken over automatically by some site in Europe.  Each time I want to log in, I now have to change the settings.  I even deleted/uninstalled the dialer and then set up again with my usual settings but this is not working.  This hijacker still shows up each time.  Where is this culprit hiding and how to get rid of it.  I'm running on Windows XP Pro ed. Ver. 2002.  Thanks.

It sounds like your computer has been infested by "adware." For instant free help, try Ad-aware,
http://lavasoft.element5.com/software/adaware and Spybot, http://www.safer-networking.org You can use one or both together, as they are compatible. If they don't work, email me at carolyn.meinel@techbroker.com and I'll give you further help.
