Question
Hi, Carolyn
          I am using Norton Corporate Edition and its going well. But when I run update and always this message will come.
         I. Symentec Antivirus Repair Wizard Update.
         the following repair Files come regularly.
        II. The following files are Quarantined.
        III. Finish.

The following message is come regularly and same Files. How can I solve this problem. Please give me ideas.

Answer
I'm running Norton Corporate Edition myself and know that this is normal. Norton is trying to clean viruses out of infected files so you can use them again if they are important to you. However, it is failing to remove these viruses because there probably is nothing of value in these files, which probably arrived as attachments to emails or files you might have downloaded from malicious file sharing networks or malicious websites.

So if you don't need to keep these files, you can either leave them in Norton's quarantine, or you can delete them. Either way, your computer is safe.
