Question I have "windows xp" and am having trouble removing "antispywareshield 2.1 from "internet explorer." I tried to uninstall it but it will not let me. How do I remove it?
Answer I'm so sorry your computer got infected by this evil program. I hope the criminals who operate the antispywareshield scam haven't gotten any money out of you!
Also, the fact that your computer was infected by this malicious program suggests that your antivirus program is not very good. Could you please could tell me what you are using, including the version? I also would like to know if you are successful using the above instruction site for removing antispywareshield.
