Question
Hi
my pc became infected with an advert saying i need to buy this spyware to remove it, using ad-aware and avg i managed to remove the virus with no problem.
But it's locked me out of the control panel and keeps saying I don't have access to use it, please help me
Hi Rob,
You might try Spybot to remove the infection, or if you have name of the product that is popping up on screen Google that to see who is causing it (or find out the name and post another question and I would be happy to help)
