I use ad-aware, spybot, AGV & norton utilities.
Yes On XP, Not sure if have a firewall ?When you say are my " "MS Updates Good", do you mean are they recent, if so the
answer is no, I stopped updating 'mirosoft windows update',
because it seem to slow me up more !

Saw a TV ad for stopsign.com, did a bit a research & there are pro's & con's if it is safe, are you familiar with it?

First, what Antivirus are you using? Are your MS Updates good?
Are you using XP and What Firewall are you using?

As for Stop-Sign Antivirus, I know they are not in the top 10

They will help you dnload a few programs and then submit the logs back to them.
