Question
Hi, Doug
         Many times this message is come and 1 minute after computer restart. The message below :

         This system is shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log off. Any unsaved chages will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.

         Time before shutdown : 00:00:60 Sec.

Message :
         Windows must now restart because the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly.

Please give ideas what can I do now. I am waiting for your reply.

Answer
Sounds like the Blaster Virus, pretty old, happened back in 2003.
Heres the patch MS put out for XP
